Social Edge provided implementation, strategy and community management services to migrate SugarCRM's customer community from a different platform (GetSat). In four short weeks, all of the content from the previous community was migrated and formatted into Jive, in addition to building out a fully functional external community. SugarCRM’s new customer facing Jive community took off - less than a year after its launch, membership has skyrocketed, and active users contributing to content number have risen.
